Hi, I’m Gemma!
After experiencing corporate burnout, I became fascinated by the mind… how to conquer anxiety, silence self criticism and self doubt.
Through Coaching & Hypnotherapy, I achieved various things but lost touch with who I was. After my mum died, through Coaching, Hypnotherapy & Breathwork, I went deeper, to quieten the busy mind, heal emotional pain & embody Real Confidence & Resilience to live authentically.
After retraining in the tools & techniques that helped me, I help others Feel Calm, Confident, and Resilient through Coaching, Hypnotherapy & Breathwork.

The evening shall last 90 minutes.
Format
After welcoming everyone in, I shall begin with an opening discussion to come together as a group.
I’ll then provide you with a short demonstration on the style of breathwork and then guide you on your journey.
The journey shall last 60 minutes, and after that we shall come back together as a group to integrate.
There is no expectation to speak during our group discussion at the end. I know not everyone enjoys speaking, so speak as much or as little as you like.
This is your time to switch off, to release, relax & reset your mind and body.

What to expect in a journey
A typical session includes:
Grounding and intention setting
Connected circular breath (through the nose or mouth)
Integration and deep rest
This is a compassionate, gentle & guided process where you are always in control.

Replays aren’t available for those who have booked Drop-In sessions.
However, Club Members get access to replays to watch anytime, and as many times as you like!
So for full flexibility and the ability to watch as many times as you like, I’d recommend joining the club as a member.

No experience necessary. In fact most people haven’t tried either before so you are not alone. You shall be guided throughout as you Release, Relax and Reset.

Yes, you can manage your cancellation within any of your purchase confirmation emails for the Club.
We shall be sad to see you go but welcome you back to the club anytime!

Absolutely. Most people feel the impacts within one session.
However, it’s recommended once a week as part of a regular practice to release emotional build up, quieten the mind and embody resilience.
Your busy schedule is taken into consideration which is why it is on once a fortnight, with replays available for Club members who cannot make the live sessions.
Drop-Ins are also available.

Conscious Connected Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, severe asthma, epilepsy or psychiatric disorders. Pregnant women especially those in the first trimester, may also be advised against this practice. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practices, including conscious connected breathwork.
